Went to dinner tonight with 3 friends. Service was good, but my chicken sandwich literally was difficult to chew and rubbery. I... ordered a grilled chicken instead of crispy chicken. Very few fries also. I didn’t want to complain to server or manager dueto being out with friends. I ended up giving most of my sandwich to my friend because it tasted so bad and had absolutely noflavor. I normally leave good reviews, but my meal was very sub par. My friend who tried my sandwich even stated it wasdifficult to eat. My husband and I eat here several times a month and it will be a long time for I give this restaurant a secondchance. Read more
I decided to take my younger 2 daughters to dinner as a treat. We got Mel as our server, she was busy and had a group of 19... coming in as we were ordering. No pico All chips. That's an expensive small bag of chips. More or less it's theft, I paid for something I didn't receive.
While the food is good, the service is terrible. The staff don't answer the phone or put you on hold after you have completed... your order because they are not trained how to put an order into the computer. The management at this location need to be putunder some serious scrutiny by the franchise, and either retrained or replaced. Read more
I know it's a wing place but I go there for the cheeseburgers more than the wings. The wings are good but I just love the... cheeseburgers. The food is excellent, the service is always good and the beer is cold. I don't know what else I need to say. Read more
