We come here often. I have met some sweet lady?s that work at the front that are always joyful and polite.
This is my favorite Casey's location. I get all sorts of stuff here. The food is always fantastic. Reliably stocked with just... about anything you'd expect to find at Casey's. I love this Casey?s! The staff is helpful and friendly. But even more importantly for me is that they keep 4-5 different types... of coffee fresh all day long. I?m a decaf drinker and it?s near impossible to find fresh decaf anytime of day, let alone laterin the afternoon. The Casey?s by Walmart in Brazil is horrible about this and so are many of the other stations. Thank you guysfor always having fresh coffee for me and excellent customer service! Read more
We've had pizza from about every pizza place in Greencastle but Casey's still wins hands down! They're sauce is perfect and just... the right amount. The original crust is perfect, just thick enough and never burnt! The cheese is creamy and generous. The spicysausage is a fantastic addition to any pizza! YUM! And the veggies are always nice and fresh! And don't get me started on theircookies and doughnuts! Sooooo GOOD! AND equally important is the staff...these folks are super nice! On our last order the ladyfigured out a way to save me $5 on the pizza we ordered just by changing the base part of the order!!! So we got delicious, hot,fresh pizza and a surprise savings of $5! I stopped in to get a couple of donuts and gave the cashier a ten dollar bill. She gave me some Susan B. Anthony dollar coins as... change and I asked her if she had any dollar bills. She said they were getting low. I asked her if I could have dollar billsinstead of the coins. She took the coins and threw them in her drawer and gave me the bills. She then said "it all spends thesame". I will go to McClure's across the street next time. This rude cashier has no business in customer service. I guess theymust be desperate to hire people.
