Chicken tasted like old grease. Biscuits were hard. Only thing good was mashed potatoes. The breast, potatoes, biscuit &cookie... dinner used to be 5.00. Mom and my dinners were over 9.00 each and no cookies included. We were both very disappointed. Reallylooking forward to this meal. Service was fast for food unedible. Read more
Price on menu was 26 was charged 30 at register. Asked for manager and manager wouldnt make it right. Times are hard enough... right now without being ripped off. Manager was very rude. Place is very dirty inside very disappointed. Will not be back togreencastle KFC Read more
Went to KFC & ordered 2 original recipe chicken breasts. Got it home to eat, the chicken was wet. It had been sitting in a... warmer at least 30 minutes or more. Absolutely no crispness to the chicken what so ever. Fried chicken is just that, fried.Disgusting mush. Was told by the "manager" that I can't have my money back because the district manager would write her up over2 chicken breasts. I work to hard for my money to waste it. I've worked in restaurants for 40 years, culinary school as well,this is totally unacceptable. Do not frequent this establishment. The staff are overworked, underpaid, and burned out. I paid$11.87 for two chicken breasts, fries and biscuit which were inedible. I've been eating at KFC for over 40 years and will neverreturn to any KFC. Food is ok. At least I got my food. They gave me one bag to check, it wasn't mine, but the car before me. They took that food... back then gave me the other bag they had. Poor people in before me had to wait again for their food. They don't have enoughworkers. Read more
I called in my order and when I went to pick it up, was charged $10 too much. The posted sign was correct and the manager... refused to adjust the price. On my way out the door I heard him say ?and don?t come back?. The managers name is Tim. Read more
