Super fast service! Daily diner here, never fails to impress.
I absolutely do not like McDonald's food but my youngest son loves it so I took him there yesterday for lunch. There is a young... man that works at the Greencastle store named Mathew. He has enough enthusiasm for 3 people. He greeted us with a huge smile andmade sure everything was right a couple different times. This young man was the highlight of my day. Not many fast food establishments have good food, friendly employees or any urgency to stand up to the name, FAST food. I live... in Rockville, had an appt in Brazil and thought I would grab breakfast. Googled the closest McDonalds and I was floored. Theemployees were so nice, my order was correct and it was still warm and smelled so good, I had to pull over and eat instead ofwaiting til I got back to Rockville 30mins later. Only critique was the egg was so thin there wasn't much flavor to it. Read more

It is what it is. This McDonald's location used to be the best. It has gone downhill. Service is still speedy most times, but... order has been wrong in drive-thru 7 out of the last 10 times. They correct it after I go inside to point out the issue. Theymake it right. Fries have not been as fresh lately. They are not cold, but they aren't piping hot like they used to be. Read more
