Despite being short staffed, my local Pizza Hut always delivers my order quickly and correctly. The pizza is hot and delicious... every time, and the staff is friendly. Only twice have I had in issue with my order. Once, I waited what felt like forever butwas really about an hour. When it did arrive, it was after business hours, and the driver was very apologetic. He was the onlydriver, and the store was very busy but made sure each order was made and delivered. They gave me a coupon for a free pizza. Theother time I receive one correct pizza and one incorrect pizza. I called the store, and they were again very apologetic and gaveme a coupon for a free pizza. While I appreciate the coupons, my decision to continue to order from my local store will notchange. I appreciate the friendliness and willingness to make things right if there is an issue even more than a free item. ILOVE MY LOCAL PIZZA HUT!!!! Read more
I picked up right when app said ready. Pizza was fair slim on pepperoni some were half slices even barely enough cheese to cover... the sauce. Breadsticks over baked or old as they were hard & Cinnastix still doughy.So mostly not satisfying. Have had goodpizza in past from this location. The order was incorrect. I live 20 minutes from town, and when I got home, I opened the box and the pizza was hand-tossed... instead of thin and crispy. My fiancé attempted to call the store 4 times, but there was never any answer. He then called theordering hotline, asked to speak to the district manager, and was treated very rudely by customer service. She kept asking forhis phone number and name, which had no relevance to our problem. She asked him to briefly hold while she obtained the districtmanager?s number. He remained on the call to see how long the hold would really be ? it ended up being an hour and 45 minutesbefore the call was ended by Pizza Hut! Food was fantastic as usual and worth the wait but the customer service is pretty bad. We waited 40 minutes for our food and we... didn't get refills until we were almost done eating. Had to get up and ask for our cheese sauce we ordered and to go box. Nexttime we will just go to another location. Read more
