The speed of service has a lot of room for improvement. The drive through line was long, so I went in to order on the kiosk. I... ordered 1 item and waited 10 minutes before asking for an update on my order. I was told that it would still be a while becausethere was a large order in front of mine. I unfortunately had to leave before my food was ready in order to be at my appointmenton time. I hope that management helps train the staff on how to prioritize for a good customer experience. Simple order mess up I don't know if they handed out wrong orders all day but it definitely was not what I had ordered. Not to... mention what I got was a soggy mess of I cannot even describe. The lobby was closed and the line for drive thru was wrappedaround so going for a replacement was out of the question. Read more
Only had a few ppl working so I give credit however the food could have been a lil less messy in appearance. Placed online order... was refused my order even after being paid for. Shift manager was nasty and unprofessional. Very rude! Read more
If you can find them on a day where their employees actually show up to work...it's great! Good taco bell food. But usually... there is a ridiculous line for the drive through. And once you pull into it, you're stuck! Edit: had the Breakfast Box and itwas pretty good. Read more
