Yeah the place doesn't even stay open until they say they do. Showed up at 10:30PM on a Friday night and no one would take my... drige through order even though there was still people inside working. So I took my business to McDonald's and spent the 30bucks there. Didn't even have an expirenxe because no one acknowledged me. What a shame. Read more
Shirley is an amazing employee, came through about 40 minutes till close. It was like I found a king lost friend. She waved at... me when I pulled. I was so confused no one is ever this nice anymore. After my experience at the Hagerstown Burger King, see my other review for that, I wasn't sure what to expect here. It was a... night and day difference. I was in-and-out in under 1 minute. There wasn't a single car in the drive-through lane. They are thatefficient. I actually thought the place was closed because I didn't see anybody in the drive-through lane. I went at lunchtime.I still can't believe it. It took me about 30 minutes to get through the drive-through at the Hagerstown location (I was the 4car). Read more
I work near here, so this BK is a regular convenient stop for lunch. I like it because they're super fast and food is generally... good. That being said, don't bother getting a double burger anything, they will forget the extra patty you paid for on literallyhalf the visits, not exaggerating. Read more
Awful food. Sweet tea was the consistency of slime. Food was cold, burger was built upside down without all the toppings,... nuggets were rubber. Very very disappointed. If I'm gonna spend $30... I want food that's edible!! Read more
I love the flame broiled burgers.... but this location sucks. Firstly issue was that I pulled into the drive thru and was told... that the guy in the window was the only employee and that their system was down. Was told to go somewhere else....... Okay, so Ifelt bad for the guy and hoped his evening got better. Then i came back almost 2 weeks later, ordered 2 whopper meals, but wasgiven Jr. Whoppers. I parked so that I could go in and get the order corrected. I was told that that's what I ordered and that I"wasn't getting free food." I didn't want free food, I wanted my correct order that was on my receipt that I already paid for.Ended up leaving with said Jr. Whoppers. Finally last night, I was with my fiance and we stopped at this location. We wereordering food for his sister, as well, so we asked if we could do 2 different orders. The guy flipped on us, letting us know tonever try ordering 2 meals in the drive thru because of holding up all the other cars in line waiting... but there were no othercars present when we were there. We explained that we were out there alone and he screamed at us saying, "Well that's extremelyunusual but doesn't change the fact that we're normally busy!!!" He went on to chastise us regarding feeling entitled to wasteeveryone's time and making his job excruciatingly difficult. Will not be going back. Read more
