Check your food before you leave. We paid for 3 fries and only got 1. We live 60 miles away. I wish they would have offered to... refund my bank card for the $6 but the said I could have the fries next time im there. I told her I dont live around there. Ohwell. I usually try to leave only positive reviews, as I'm in cust-serv myself. However, when there's a bad experience, I use this... email to leave bad reviews. This place is an ABSOLUTE joke. I'm here visiting from out of state, drove past the "sign up forthe app and get a free sandwich" sign a few times, decide to drive back and try it out. I walk in and it's disgusting,everything dirty and sticky, bugs crawling behind the toilet in the bathroom. I download the app, create a account, add 3x theminimum amount required to get the free sandwich but it's not working. I go to the register to ask for help. 1st girl says"ummm, I have no idea what that is, they just put the fliers and posters up but idk"... Okayyy, so I ask the 2nd girl, also noidea. She at least offers to ask the manager. Manager doesn't come out, just sends her out to say the manager doesn't knowanything about it either... I say "well, the promotion is literally plastered all over the store, it's the entire reason I'mhere right now, can u find out? Or maybe just manually adjust the price?" She goes to ask the mngr.. "No, sorry, our drawerwill be short"... Right, you'll be missing $$ from a sandwich that would be rung up as $0.... Logical. Great excuse to not putin the slightest bit of effort to maybe figure out how this promo you're advertising works. So, of the 3 people working rt now,including the stores MANAGER, not one knows how to apply the ONLY promotion the place is running, again giant posters in everywindow, fliers on the counter, etc... You'd think a manager would want to know how to do their stores only big promo (that's,again, PLASTERED ALL OVER the walls/windows).. But, nope, they just sit in the back and press the easy buttons. Anything elseis too much work for them. If a cx came into my store, polite, kindly asking to figure out the issue, I would figure it out.They don't do things like that here.. I enjoy the charbroiled grilled hamburgers/cheese burgers here. The burgers are thick and juicy. They remind of Burger King... burgers. They also offer other various hot sandwiches, such as ham, roast beef and chicken. The restaurant dining area is cleanand ample sized. The rest rooms were clean as well. Service was quick and pleasant. The food was brought right to my table whenit was ready. For extra convenience, there is also a drive thru. The parking lot is large with plenty of regular and handicappedspots. I will definitely be back. Read more

Omg This was my 1st time eating at a hardee's in a long time. I forgot how good there burgers and fries are. You know when you... eat at a low ened burger place you feel greasy and a little disgusted afterwards. Well This place will make you feel theopposite of that.
