The service in this location has REALLY gone downhill. We got a Family Bundle Box for dinner. The gal stated the extra... sandwich was in the box. I asked if the additional fries were in there as well. The answer was no...there were not ANY friesin the box. Glad I double checked. Read more
I cannot make this up...I have sitting in thus drive thru for 22 minutes and I'm still not even at the window. The same SUV has... been sitting there for the past 15 minutes and hasn't moved. If their order was that large then they should have asked them topark elsewhere and continued the line on but they literally have not moved so that tells me that there's something going oninside. This is not the 1st time that I've had to wait in this line for a long. But this is certainly the longest. I could havegone to another town and back again and been done by now. I understand times are tough right now, but this truly isunacceptable! I will absolutely not come back here for a very long time...please try to do better. Read more
A very slow , uncourteous staff, placed order in mobile and went to pickup. It was a small order but was waiting on the drive... thru for almost 30 min. The food I got is spicy chicken, but the person packed the food is not considering to change the wrapdue to the sauce was all over the cover and it was nasty to take the burger out of the cover. I did not even complained aboutthe delay on delivering the food but he should be consider enough to say sorry/apology for the packing. Never going back here Read more
Went thru drive thru, they were not busy, first the girl taking the order couldn't get it right had to repeat 3 times, got to... pick up window girl said pull ahead waiting for fries. Sat over 15 to 20 min watched others go thru line then another customerhad to take order back in wasn't right. OMG.....my husband went in, they said oh were sorry gave us our meals along with 4pies, husband asked if burgers were hot they said oh yeah,,,,,yeah right OMG everything was lukewarm. Clean, friendly staff great service. First one I've been to where they have boards where you can scan the app and place your... order. You can also just order the traditional way (at the cashier) or use the frive through. Easy to get to, easy in and out. Read more
First off, this is McDonald's. If I were to rate them based on their quality of food, it would not be 5 stars. But this is the... best McDonald's I've been to. They have fiber internet with insane speeds (200+Mbps), games for kids, order kiosks, and food isprepared quickly. If you download too much though, you will be kicked off. So I'd recommend you enable MAC address randomizationso they can't track your device. Also, try to keep VPN on when using any open wifi. Read more
