Haven't been here since they remodeled. Went back this evening,, what a mistake. They overcharged me good, for 12 bone in... wings charge me over $21.00 and told me that they were Market Prices. The team here was very accommodating and helpful. Picked up two half baked pizzas to finish cooking at home. Pizza was great!
I rarely order food anymore, but today was my birthday. I asked my wife to order the pan crust. There's nothing like that... buttery sear on a pan crust from a Pizza Hut Pizza. I got the pies home to discover that they were actually undercooked a bit.Not inedible, but not that was that it has come out every other time I have ever ordered Pizza Hut within my recollection. Irealize we ordered right at the store opening and maybe the oven was still heating up, but I was nevertheless kind ofdisappointed. I previously reviewed the quality of service has gone down since the remodel. We wont be back a this location which is a shame.... They use to have fresh hot quality of food. Now, they give you what's been sitting there all day. We tried back thinking it wasjust an off day. The young lady brought our food out asked if we wanted to give a tip. I'm a bit of a "regular" at my town's Pizza Hut. I usually order delivery despite the outrageous 'delivery fee' of $3.99.????... Anyway... Sometimes the food is a little sloppy or not made correctly. As an old employee, I hold the quality of food to a veryhigh standard. All of that being said, my most recent order was PERFECT!!! The food was made to 100% perfect standard, it wasthe perfect temperature, it looked fantastic, a d the delivery driver was kind and right on time (as she usually is) I give thefood and service 101% A+ (the extra 1% is because it was snowing)???? It was my first time ever to make order on pizza hut special this place and it was horrible experience, i got a different order... then the one I ordered and when i call them back to let them know i got wrong order the lady for customer service said I don?tunderstand what you saying and hung up the phone on me when I called her. My grandson doesn't like cake so on ? I? birthday we cant surprise him much . But this year he told me to get him two chocolate... chip cookies from pizza hut . And they were very good . Theres 8 slices per cookie .And the employees were awesome. Read more
The Greencastle Pizza Hut always has good customer service by the employee taking the order over the phone and by the delivery... driver. Pizza always taste great. Read more
