I went in on 4/22 at 430pm. I ordered 2 meatball subs.When I got home and went to eat,the meatballs were mushy and were... disgusting. I called in and a manager told me to come in the next day with them and a receipt.She even said that she sees theyare mushy.I went in and the manager proceeded to tell me they sold the rest and nobody complained. Then took the hoagies out andmushed them on the counter in front of other patrons saying this is how they always are. I have worked in food service manyyears and know that they were old and gross and should've been thrown out immediately. I will not go to this place again. Foodpoisoning waiting to happen. Read more

I walked in at 6:32pm on 10/12. The only words I heard were ?the toaster is off.? Since I don?t work there, I don?t entirely... know what that means. No one said hello, no one called me or addressed me, just yelled. So, I stood there waiting for someoneto address me. A teammate looked at me and said it again. I said- but your door is unlocked, she said yea- we turn the toasteroff 30 minutes prior to closing. I thought for a moment and said, why does the door say 9pm? She said, the door says 7. (There is a paper on the door that says 9.) She didn?t offer to get me anything else, or even ask what I wanted, or reallycommunicate in more than those short phrases. I said, ? I don?t have to have something toasted? and then she said, ?ok? , butsince she clearly just wanted me to leave, I did. I know we are in a terrible pandemic, I know help is hard to find. Anyway, ifshe had just smiled and said, I?m sorry- we have a limited menu since we are closing soon, I would have understood and beenhappy. Maybe I would have asked for my drink- but I didn?t feel comfortable. I just really needed a drink and maybe acookie. No one knows what all of us are dealing with, a little better communication goes a long way, unless you just don?tcare. I?m left with the impression that on this day, the folks who work there, just didn?t care. It?s my second visit thereever, wont be a third, but they don?t want me anyway. I went over to MCDonalds.
