The food that came out was not completely wrapped nor was it right. Sloppy put together. The nacho bel grande that I got the... chips had to been dumped out of the bottom of the container there was no extra cheese or sour cream. Had 3 things remade 2 outof the 3 where right. Then we look to make sure my son's food was right and it was not and it was loaded with onion. Not oncedid the manager come talk to me. The lobby was filthy, tables needed to be whipped down and food and trash on the floor. I amso glad I am not a secret shopper because they would have failed. Read more

I had an issue with the app ordering that sent my order to a Hagerstown location instead of this store, and the staff were able... to make the order for me and work it out with the other store location.
