The food that came out was not completely wrapped nor was it right. Sloppy put together. The nacho bel grande that I got the... chips had to been dumped out of the bottom of the container there was no extra cheese or sour cream. Had 3 things remade 2 outof the 3 where right. Then we look to make sure my son's food was right and it was not and it was loaded with onion. Not oncedid the manager come talk to me. The lobby was filthy, tables needed to be whipped down and food and trash on the floor. I amso glad I am not a secret shopper because they would have failed. Read more
The guy that took our order didn't say hello or what can I get for you. He acted kind of spacey. He did not act friendly what so... ever. Just stood there and took our order and never even said thank you. Please keep him away from the front counter. Thanks Read more

This Taco Bell is comparable to any other fast food stop that I have been in. The food was correctly prepared and hot. Service... was good, not overly fast but as expected. I knew that I'd regret it, but I did it anyway ??????? the meat is definitely dehydrated for storage and has water added to it... when ready to be prepared. The meat batch that I received was still hard, hadn't dissolved into the water yet. This locationmessed up our order, so we went back through the drive-thru to have it corrected. I love Taco Bell, but this trip to the Taco Bell in Greencastle, PA just off of Interstate 81 was a terrible trip. As you can... see by the pictures that the taco had extremely little meet, all three shells I had were broken, and the amount of othertoppings were very limited. You know it is bad when all three tacos together were thinner at the top then the soggy bottom. Most of that was lettuce because it doesn't lay flat. I have been going to Taco Bell for over 30 years, and this is the firsttime I have ever thought of writing a review for poor product. Taco ????.... The only Mexican food that travels well, meaning you can carry it out and it still is good when you get where... you're going. But that is not the reason for this review. This review is directed specifically to the employees on duty thatevening "Friday the 16th of October" and their excellent customer service skills that were displayed. Even when the automatedordering system wasn't working correctly the employees took over and made sure that our order was right down to a T and theproduct it self was very tasty when we got home. I had an issue with the app ordering that sent my order to a Hagerstown location instead of this store, and the staff were able... to make the order for me and work it out with the other store location. That was my first time having any issue with the mobileordering and they were very helpful and kind to work it out for me!! This is the only fast food location I go to a few times amonth and the staff at this location is great. Read more
