Dined in with a friend. They charged me for both our meals. $19.66. Should have been only mine $8.55. manager said she adjusted... amount to my charge only. I was charged two days later for full amount of $19.66 that was not fixed. Then a day later I wascharged for my actual meal of $8.55. I am trying to get this fixed somehow. I drove from Florence KY to greendale ind to have itfixed and it looks like I have to drive down again. I am owed $19.66. can I please get my refund??? This was Oct. 28, 2022. Read more
Went for lunch. They weren't busy, probably only 3-4 other tables. Waitress wasn't really interested in working that day. ... Confused coke for a water then took forever to get the water. Service was extremely slow and took forever when asking forRefills for others. Just forget about the water! She was very rude and a touch snippy when asking for things. Food wasn't allthat great, not the typical LaRosas I've had before. Would not go to this location again. Read more
My husband walked in and ordered one hoagie and it took over 45 minutes to receive it and they still didn't get it right! It is... not rocket science people! The service and quality suck at this location even after their remodel! Such a joke of a larosas.They also don't know how to make a pizza correctly anymore. Great pizza. Hoagies are good. Not a fan of the salads. Pan crust leaves me wanting some crunch that isn't there but it's good... tasting. Read more
New owners....minimum amount of food. $3.99 order of fries. Shame. No better than the old owners.
Great service the night we came in! We ordered alot and had my kids n there friends with us so not a server's ideal table! We... understand, but our server was excellent! Everything was perfectly cooked, came out like we ordered, and was very courteous thewhole time we were there! The restaurant and tables were clean, very nice decore! This is a pizza place that they stuck a countertop into to hold their bar beverages. Not a bar top type of place. I was seated... for just over 4 minutes before anyone knew I was there. (No bartender, they have other duties). Once ordered, food came out in atimely manner and was hot. The pasta sauce could have used a pinch of sugar to balance the tomatoes, but it was good. Read more
So I'm a resonance near greendale. I was on a federal deployment for 2 years in southern texas. And all I've been wanting was... the LaRosa's. And when I came home they remodeled the restaurant which looks amazing very beautiful. And the staff was amazingrespectful the service was awesome. The food was very good and it was worth my two years of being down on deployment to wait forthe LaRosa'sfood.
