Let?s talk about this so called restaurant for a minute? I came through the drive-thru yesterday evening to pick up some dinner... for my family. After sitting in line for 30 minutes, I was finally able to order. My total was $44 dollars and some change forall the food that I ordered. After waiting another 15 minutes, I finally get to the window to pay. I hand the woman two cardsand ask her to please split the payment between the two. This isn?t a hard thing to do as I?ve worked in fast food before and itcan be done very easily. The woman took my cards and comes back to the window and says, ?I don?t know how to do this.? Hermanager NATE comes to the window and ask what the issue is. I explain to him what I need to do and he says, ?we can?t do that,only if it?s half cash and half card.? I said, ?I have been waiting in line for 45 minutes and you?re telling me that I?m unableto pay with two separate cards?? I dig in my wallet and find another bank card and kindly ask him to try the card.Unfortunately, the transaction didn?t get approved, so he comes back to the window, says, ?it didn?t go threw and literallylaughs in my face!? Like honestly laughing that my card was declined. I left without my food and drove to another McDonalds thathappily used both cards to pay for my order. My point in leaving this comment is that the employees at this restaurant areterrible and they are rude. If you can?t be nice, don?t work in fast food where you?re in contact with people at all times. NATEshould be ashamed of himself and in my opinion, he needs to either be fired or demoted to another position other than a manager,because he certainly isn?t respectful or professional. I just want to say that this was by far the best McDonald?s I have visited in YEARS. We had very friendly service and I let... the woman at the drive-through know this. She had such a pleasant attitude that I felt I needed to tell her what a wonderfuljob she was doing. I never had food that was cooked to perfection like the food we received from this McDonald?s. The hashbrown was golden and perfect and not greasy. My mother and my sister was totally amazed at the quality of the biscuits andgravy. Keep up the excellent work. Job well done.
