Night lady in drive-thru is awesome!! She takes your orders carefully and is very friendly. No orders mess up like other taco... bells (the one in Harrison 45030 is pro at it, messing up your orders and then not even apologizing). Read more
Employees are high tonight I tell ya, say in drive thru and absolutely nothing! So I go to pull out thinking they closed and the... app was wrong, but it was I that was wrong because there was two cars and I could see someone in there. So I pull aroundthinking maybe they was busy doing something and didn?t know I was there. Well safe to say they knew just didn?t care. I lost mypatience after sitting for 10 minutes and gave a little honk just to see if maybe they still didn?t now I was in drive thru andstill they ignored me. So I honked again still nothing they was like 5-6 feet from the window I know they heard me honk butnever came to ask if I had an order or wanted to place one. So I will call the manager and let them know they have eitherextremely high employees or just really lazy. Either way this Taco Bell sucks?? Read more
Poorly managed. THEY allow the 15 and 16 year olds vape in there office and smoke cigarettes outside when they are under age.... Seems only when the manager Samantha is there is what they tell me. Other than that the food was great. Read more
Currently drive through only most of the time. Dining room is open when they have enough employees to do so. Usually during... breakfast and lunch. Even though it was busy the service was quick. The employee I dealt with was friendly. The food was hot.The parking lot could use a clean up. Read more
I ordered 2 spicy POTATO soft tacos. I got one shredded chicken taco and whatever the hell this is . not to mention nothing was... actually in the taco shell it was all in the paper the taco came in . I even had to wait another 5 mins at the window for mychicken quesadilla because it wasn't in the bag . Read more
A lot of complaint reviews on here, wow.. but my experience was good -- I showed up 10 minutes before close tonight (12:50am),... the girl on the speaker and at the window was as nice as could be plus my food was tasty good and handed to me promptly. I saw4 empty cars in the lot near the building, which means they had at least 4 people closing which tells me they are doing thingsright. Keep up the good work! Read more
