Charlie gave us outstanding service!! He went well above and beyond to see we were happy with a belly full of good food. He made... sure we didn?t want for anything while we were there. I?d like to say , I usually come in when night shift is working . you have a crew member , alyssa who needs a reality check or a... new job . she likes to kick customers out for no reason . she takes other peoples tables and collects their tips when they ARENOT HERS . she likes to try and run the place like she?s the boss there and that?s not the case . she?s rude and disrespectful.someone needs to do something about it ! Didn't end up eating there because it was too crowded, but for the most part waffle house is usually good and consistent.
Charles waited on us today and he was fantastic. We ordered Philly cheese steak bowls and added jalapenos to them. The food came... out very quick, very hot, and very delicious. There was not an empty seat in the restaurant and the service was exceptional!This is something my wife and I have come to expect and appreciate about Waffle House. I hate even giving this place a star. I was on the second shift; it was dead as usual for a waffle house. I go in order chicken... , they tell me they are out of chicken, so I ordered a pork chop sandwich. They served it on toast, and when I asked for abun, the cook got very smart. I asked for my hashbrowns to be cooked light. I got well done; I didn't even feel I could ask forthem to be replaced because he had snapped at me for the bun. The time I've never left a tip, your customer service is terrible waffle house ,do better. Oh, and the server never checked once on me!!! AND I might add the place was dead, too deadfor me to get terrible service. Read more
Omg!! We were in town for two days and stopped there for breakfast both days!! I wish that we had a Waffle House near us in... Michigan! I have been in Waffle Houses in 5-6 different states. They are always excellent!! Excellent staff, fast friendlyservice, and food is fabulous!! Kids loved it too!! Thank you to the staff for not letting us down! Woohoo to you all!!Definitely recommend!!
