I place an order the waitress paid another party bill with my credit card. After waiting 15 for a manager to correct the... problem, I received my food. I got home 20 miles away to discover the apples in the salad was brown and the chicken had issues.I drive back to the location. They gave me the same salad without the apples. What’s even worse the customer who order I paidfor originally received a $10 credit for the screw up and long wait time. This bill was $65 and fuel isn’t cheap. Took out Korean chicken sandwhich with salad and Fried shrimp. The shrimps were really good. Sandwhich was average. The sauce... and the slaw inside the sandwhich wasn't evenly spread. Thus, some bites were over flavorful and some were bland. They seemedoverwhelmed with customers and were in a hurry to take orders. Expensive for what we pay. Read more
I am not a fan of the various “wing” chain places and this one did not change my perspective. The wings were over cooked and... the wingette had more meat than the drumette. I think I have that wing sauce in my fridge at home. The 3 stars are for thefriendly staff (they deserve more but I am rating the full experience) and the cold drinks. Read more
Food wasn't too bad but the service sucked! The guy that waited on us acted as if we were bothering him to even be seated in his... section. He definitely needs an attitude check and stop acting as if he was better than everyone. He should learn what realcustomer service is. Read more
I remember a time when this place used to be good. Now it just joins the rest of the mundane over hyped places to eat. the wings... don't come out covered in sauce anymore maybe barely covered, burgers taste like they have been sitting in water all day, andthere new "street corn" menu item was nothing better then a can of cream corn with crushed up Cheetos on top??? **updated: below the owner provided contact for me to email so he can make this right. I did email and have heard nothing back. ... I have now wasted time emailing and will probably never hear back from this restaurant. It’s a shame because I used to lovethis place. Just left with our take out order and we are so disappointed. We ordered the appetizer garlic aioli fries andreceived a tiny box with hardly anything in it. It was not 6.99 worth of fries. We also ordered the turtle lava cake. We did notget a lava cake. We got a stale brownie. We did not receive the fries with our kids meal. The cost of this food was not worthwhat we received. I tried to call the restaurant and received a voicemail. I left a messages but got no reply. This was a go-tospot for us but I think we will stop wasting our money here. Read more
Mike is a great bartender. Food is great as well as the service. Great place great people; stayed open late last Thursday... without complaint to satisfy a customers. They deal with a special group of wagers that head to Indiana to place bets. Read more
They were crazy busy because it was a Friday at 7 p.m. but the wait was only about 15 minutes. Our server was very attentive and... great. The food was perfect considering how busy they were. We had wings and also tried the street corn and Ranchero tots whichI highly recommend trying both! Read more
