We went yesterday at around 5pm. The boba was good but the workers there were rude. We were nice, just politely ordered our... drinks and got out of the way, and the one worker with pigtails there had the gall to roll her eyes at us multiple times whileshe was making our drinks? Like. She looked me dead in the eyes and rolled her eyes at me. I can understand being frustratedthat you have a rush. I don't understand the attitude? Best bubble tea in the area hands down! Wish they would open a second location north of Milwaukee Edited Review: Drinks have... gotten worse in the last year or two. Missing ice. Awful experience! I had to get a refund, which took 5 minutes as the girl was too busy being snooty and rude to figure out how... to refund the money. They gave us mixed up drinks, rolled their eyes and laughed about it. Horrible experience, do notbother. Refused to give me contact info for manager, and told me to go online. This is my second time that I have a hair in my drink. I come from far away to get my bubble tea. They need to be more hygienic.... They also never have boba or the drinks I want. It?s not cheap so they should not be having issues. Hopefully they resolve thisissues because I enjoy the drinks but not in these conditions. Read more
