This was my first time at Longhorn Steak House and the food was very delicious, classy, great vibes. Celebrating my... bestfriend's birthday. I will most definitely come again. I had the ribs. Longhorn refuses to seat people for reservations unless every member of your party is present at the time the reservation is... supposed to start. The hostess was incredibly rude, and the wait staff who said not to follow him because he was going to set upthe table only put menus on the table, no silverware no water glasses no napkins, nothing but menus. How is that a setuptable? Our waitress on the other hand was wonderful. She was very attentive, explained everything as she went, and wasexpeditious when filling a request. Unfortunately we had people in our group who would not stop talking to each other and listento what staff was telling them and so they missed explanations and started complaining and making comments when they had nojustification to. Our food was delivered to our table at a nice pace, and the salads were quite pleasant with having actualdiced tomatoes instead of giant wedges, in addition to being an actual salad versus a tiny plate with a few lettuce leaves atomato wedge and rings of red onion. Another unfortunate thing was that I received my steak and it was cooked completely wrong. I ordered my steak medium and I received a steak that I would have to say was not even cooked to rare. I would have to say thatsince every other steak at the table was cooked perfectly that this was more an error of what table the steak was brought toversus an error in how the steak was cooked. They did replace my steak and actually my potato as well which she brought outright away so that I had something to eat while I waited for my steak to be redone. The second steak brought to me was cookedperfectly, further proof of my theory that it was just swapped with a different table. I would really like to give them fivestars because the food was delicious and our waitress was wonderful. However the bartender would disappear for long periods oftime and there was only one so waiting to just place a drink order while we waited for our table took over 20 minutes Read more
The service was very poor. Only three water for a party of five. My steak was well done when I ordered medium. My sister?s... chicken & lobster tail order came very salty with no lobster tail. The other two dishes was very over seasoned with only oneside dish. Asparagus and Broccoli was not fresh. ????????????? The manager, Latesha, did take away my steak and give me arefund. I went around 4pm and sat at the bar. I didn?t get too much service at all. The bartender ordered my drink and food after ten... minutes. Never got a eater or my area wiped down. I had the ny strip with mac and cheese, loaded potato, ceasar side salad andtwo texas margaritas. The salad and dressing were very tasty. The mac was cheesy, flavorful and seasoned well. The potato was abit dry. Needed butter and more sour cream. It wasn?t seasoned at all. The ny strip. Oh My Gosh!! Delicious and cooked toperfection. Perfect!! So much flavor. Good time. Great accommodations. Steak left more to be desired. Ordered medium got well done. Was also more on the burnt side... than charred. But the wings were superb. Due to hiring issues, we waited 10 minutes. Not a bigg deal at all. Manager did an absolutely amazing job checking up on us. Our... server was super sweet catering to our needs, especially when I had ask for 5 butters for each person with us. Service again wasGREAT and food is always amazing!!
