I eat at this chain because the food is consistent and I know what to expect. Unfortunately, that isn't true. The brown... rice was so overcooked it was like eating course oatmeal, the fried rice wasn't much better with hard chunks. The chicken andbeef were ok, but needed the rice to go with it. Just ordered 2 meals both with teriyaki chicken neither of the meals had teriyaki sauce on them it was just dry chicken! I... called and spoke with the manager Sophia she stated I can drive all the way back there and get the sause but I was already homeabt 5 miles away! I?m not eatting this chicken like this I told her and asked if I could get a credit for a future visit and shesaid no not for just sause! Always run into issues with this place, they give away food we order, sometimes my foods cold when I do get it or... fatty/impossible to chew, but when they do get it right it?s really good hence the 2 stars. Which they?d get it together causepandas food is really good and their rice is really good but just seems like theres 0 communication between the team, as well as0 communication with the customers. Not sure if they just aren?t trained on interaction or have to follow a script because mostinteractions are very awkward and robotic. Don?t get me wrong this isn't every person or experience there but I?ve just had morenegative experiences than good ones in the past few months it?s really fallen, it?s honestly been atleast 1 of the mentionedproblems and sometimes often more that I haven?t mentioned. As someone whose worked food their whole life and has been inmanagement, I gotta say I?m a little disappointed, I?ve came at all different times of the day and I will say the struggle seemsto be with your closing staff. I?d love to see it improve and would gladly leave an updated review when and if that day comes,I will say it seems decently clean but I take my food to go, sadly I?ve had way better meals at other panda locations though sothat only shows me the potential this location has. The food is all amazing, reasonably priced, and the staff is wonderful! This location has the best cook of all the southeastern... locations. The manager at this location is very attentive, hard working, and has a great attention to deal. Try the honeywalnut shrimp, string bean chicken breast, & honey sesame chicken. These are my favorites. although; my husband has tried allthe others too! And don't forget the spring rolls! Read more

I love coming to this location. The food is consistently good quality and the customer service is always excellent. Every single... time I come through the drive thru they are so nice, polite and efficient. The fried rice never disappoints! Read more
