Girls there can get an attitude here and there but drinks are great. So i will return here
They don't seem to know how to make a peppermint mocha Frappuccino!! Always tastes like they forget the expresso.. never have... the problem at any other Starbucks!! Also at the same time we always order a decaf mocha Frappuccino. Every other starbucksmakes it fine. This one we always have to explain that you use decafe expresso/coffee! And because we order the two at the sametime either they don't clean the blender or they don't read the cup. 80% of the time we have to return the decaf mochaFrappuccino cause it ends up with peppermint in it! Love their coffee, their lemon bread is the best. The pumpkin muffins are a perfect for this time a year. They also have fruit... drinks, and hot chocolate if you don't care for coffee. Read more
A wonderful starbucks, the staff was friendly and polite. Their service was quick and easy. They also recently started allowing... in-store purchases of drinks. although you still aren't able to sit down inside and enjoy your beverage, however that's probablyfor the best due to the current pandemic situation. Hours show that you open at 8AM. I placed a mobile order for pick up at this location only to find that the mall isn?t open... until 11am. Knowing that I checked your hours beforehand I called to see if maybe I was at the wrong door. The young lady toldme that they were only open to mall employees and I had to wait until 11. I inquired why I would be able to place an order andshe said she didn?t know but I quote ?We aren?t like Uber Eats or anything so we can?t bring it to you.? After waiting and goinginside I see that there are at least 4 employees. Someone could have made an exception to meet me at the door. The managerproceeds to tell me that she was next to the young lady and that?s not what she said. It?s 100% what she said and I don?tappreciate the treatment or having a manager lie to me instead of addressing my concerns. Read more
Waited almost 10 minutes for a small peppermint mocha. There was only one other customer in front of me. I've been served... faster at other Starbucks with a lot more customers. Read more
I gave 4 stars bc they do have my favorite drink the white chocolate mocha with soy milk which is always a great go to choice... hot or cold love the new kitchen sink cookie! The downside is they are always out of something like the newest sandwich etc. Thestaff is very accommodating if you don't like something they will always replace it without a problem. Read more
We ordered the grill cheese sandwiches to come to find out they didn?t have any. I wanted to replace them with spinach feta egg... white but again out. So I said just give me 2 coffees cakes again out. You need to keep stocking every hour. I got a refund. Theonly thing came from this I got my drink surprise it wasn?t available.
