Your music was 1889 but Applebee?s quality is not. Spinach dip, broccoli, mashed potatoes all plain.Burger King quality chicken... tenders. Prime Rib sandwich was like jerky. My favorite though was the manager who eyeballs the empty bowl at the table, looksat us and walks off. Heaven forbid he pick up a dish with his sloppy , dingy shirt. You overall quality is a 1 out of 10. No themanager did not bother to speak to us which obviously I had little respect after watching his style of management. Lazy! Serverwas great. 10 for her. We wasn't given a menu. Waited for 40 minutes for our food and then it was wrong. We ordered a medium well steak and what we got... was rare. It was lightly brown and solid red on the inside. The beer was hot and not what we ordered. It was the worse diningexperience I have ever had! We will not be back at Applebee's!!! Read more

We were seated promptly and given a minute to settle and choose our drinks. We had questions about the menu and changes to our... orders and we were greeted with a warm smile, knowledge, and suggestions. Once the order was placed the food was at the table ina reasonable time and our drinks we were refilled. We even placed a dessert order based on a recommendation. We really enjoyedthe food, especially my spinach dip. So good! Our server, Veronica, was top tier and made the entire experience so much morepleasurable. Looking forward to going back soon. Great place to take a lunch break with the wife as I did. Splitting a $9.99 lunch special club sandwich with fries is a good way... not to overeat and get a good value. Service is usually good too. Would have been 5 stars except the whole place needs a deepcleaning. Carpet is old and dirty. Bathrooms are nasty. Read more
