The chicken quesadillas with grilled chicken (choice between... that and shredded chicken, beef/steak) was my selection of the lunch menu and they were the BEST. I’ll give El Mariachi a 6/10. Upon walking in, I was aware of a musty/moldy aroma vaguely coupled with ancient septic... problems. The food wasn’t awful, but the refried beans were liquid, probably served with a ladle… nothing was more thanlukewarm, and the pork in the supreme burrito was predominantly fat. Also, the burrito contained rice, when the supreme burritowas served with a side of rice and refried beans (soup). Their salsa looks like it has cream in it, and tasted… funny. For themost part everything tasted ok. Not sure what was up with the salsa (No, I don’t have the gene that makes cilantro taste likesoap). I got very full for $12 plus tip, so there’s that… All in all, the staff was very polite, and the food was… meh. Read more
The food was delicious. Once they got my order correct. I do not blame the restaurant itself. It was the server who was lacking.... It was a server we\'ve had before (2 weeks prior) who messed up that time as well. She was \"not familiar\" with the menu andneeded EXTENSIVE help when dividing the check. Both times were issues that could have been easily avoided. My only regret isthat I don\'t remember her name because I can\'t tell you to avoid eating here if she\'s your server. Read more
