Got Chicken sandwich combo and a chicken sandwich. Had to pull up and wait on sandwiches, husband?s chicken was refrigerator... cold and mine was hot. Took his back, second one was hot but stringy and appeared to be a couple pieces mashed together. Wastough and grisly. Threw it away! For $18 we won?t be back! Read more
Ordered a burger through the drive thru no other customers and I waited probably 10 minutes for my food thinking it was being... cooked. Finally got my meal and it was lukewarm and I couldn't even finish it,it just wasn't good. Recommend an overhaul of thestaff. Don't waste your time and money not worth it. Normally I don't have any issues with this particular Hardee's, but I will point out that maybe they need to look at the menu... again. I have been to this location twice in the last few weeks and not received hash rounds on my breakfast platter when i openit up by the time I get home. Other than that slip up I have no other issues. The food is always fresh which is nice. I had an issue with an ice cream cone probably because they come prepackaged and it was... kinda old tasting. Customer service is okay I like getting a military discount for being a veteran. Every little bit helps sinceeverything is so expensive. Read more
We made a horrible mistake. We went to Hardee's for dinner. The onion rings seemed to be about an hour old. The burgers seemed... old and bland. The worst was the chicken sandwich. It was the only food we ordered that was hot and fresh but it wasdisgusting. Hardee's/Carl's Jr., listen, you need to abandon lunch and dinner food, and for the love of all that is holy, burnRed Burrito. It's nasty. The ONLY thing you all are competent at is breakfast. I truly believe that if you served nothing butbreakfast and maybe had some more interesting coffee, you would increase profits. Read more
Went here for lunch it was around 11am waited a good 20 minutes on food my daughter ordered chicken strips , I ordered the... frisco burger , and my daughter got chicken sandwich thinking because of the wait it should be good and fresh sense they juststarted serving lunch the French fries was hard and crunchy and cold !! My daughter chicken strips was hard like it was old food?
