I witnessed horrible management skills by a very young unprofessional little girl. Young lady if a customer comes in and... complains about her chalupa shell being hard to an employee and all you did was give attitude blaming the customer behind herback after she left, you should not be in management. You couldn't even be bothered to greet the customer. You NEVER talk trashwith employees in an open kitchen. You should be ashamed and not be a manager. Went to Taco Bell yesterday for lunch with my wife and our daughter. The place was filthy I mean we couldn't even find a clean... table to sit at. I actually had to wipe one. The employees were yelling back an forth to each other so loudly andunprofessional. Then another employees family member came in and it just got louder and louder they had a little boy who had noshoes on and his feet were black. They allowed him to climb all over the counter. Ordered crunch wrap supreme and asked them to substitute (the beef) with chicken, paid $.60 extra for that. Got only one tiny... piece of chicken, pea-size, I am NOT JOKING ? that?s it!!!
