Been to this location several times, mostly good experiences. But today in particular, my husband ordered a steak dinner- upon... being served the steak was told there was not any steak sauce. Waitress was excellent. I am not sure if they were having an off night but my party of 8 all felt the food was lacking. Chicken... was tough, spinach and artichoke dip was runny and didn't taste good , Alfredo sauce on 3 cheese chicken penne tasted bland,salad tastes wilted and fruit didn't taste fresh, onion rings were bland and the kids said fries tasted off. Cheese sticks weregood, loaded waffle fries were good , drinks were great and wait staff was so welcoming and friendly. I just felt that wedidn't get our money's worth Tonite at Applebee's. Normally we enjoy the found . Maybe the cook was just having an off night ormaybe the quality of the food has changed. Thank God for McDonald's because I went there afterwards for the kids. Read more
The food has always been good. The last time we were there, the service was bad. Our server did not attend to us well. Dirty... dishes not cleared away, waited longer than others who came in after us for our food and needed drink refills. Read more

The chain has a bad reputation. At one time it may have been deserved but they've really turned things around. It's a solid... menu, and every one of the restaurants that I've been in recently has provided good service. I had a particularly enjoyable timeat this restaurant for a late lunch. I ate at the bar and the food was as good as expected, I recommend the strawberryvinaigrette chicken salad, and the bartender was delightful. I'm sorry I don't have her name. We come here about once a month. The restaurant is well-kept, and the staff is always attentive and welcoming. We've never... had an issue with our food, except for a couple times the apps were served the same time as our main courses, but that was onlya minor irritation. I've been here for lunch and sat in the bar. The bartenders were interactive with the other folks seatedaround the bar, and even seemed to notice pretty quickly that I wasn't a chatty type, and kept it to service-chat with me. Ican appreciate that. The food is pretty good, easily meets expectations for a sit-down restaurant where ties are not required. I've had one soup served a bit chilly, a French Onion that was cool enough for a kid to dig into right upon service, which oneshould not be able to do. It should burn your mouth like you're trying to gargle a lit sparkler, for at least two minutes afterserving. Upon reporting this mishap, I was quickly served a acceptably-hot French Onion that, after a couple cool-downminutes, was tasty as ever. Will definitely return. Would recommend to pals. Read more

Pam can't get my order right for anything. Cheese burger with pickle and mustard. No salt on my fries. Always asked if it looks... OK. Yea it looks OK. But I didn't get up to take a blood pressure pill to eat those fries swimming in salt either. It's not whatI ordered and the fires were swimming in salt and pepper. She can take a whole tables order without a pen and pad and jack up aburger and fries. Often comes back with it not my job attitude. Sad and pathetic. Read more
