Food is never hot! The meatloaf, green beans, desert, was good, but not hot! Went back and ordered chicken fingers, they were... cold and dry, like they had been setting for awhile. The green beans and Mac n cheese was also cold. It tastes like it has beensetting on a cafeteria warmer. Read more
While staying in the area, I went for dinner. I wasn't looking for anything special, just Cracker Barrel favorites. It appeared... that everyone shows at the same time at this one which was 6PM. Having a staffing problem like most service businesses thesedays meant that once seated I waited about 15 minutes for someone to appear and it wasn't even my waitress but other staff wastrying to fill in as needed. A shout out to them...trying to get through the dinner rush together. I had the fried chicken, hashbrown casserole and green beans. The fried chicken wasn't great, probably not even considered good. Obviously it had been cookedearlier in the day and reheated for dinner. The hash brown casserole was cold. The green beans were hot and tasty. I notedaround me that many had ordered the mac and cheese, and most not happy with it. The comments were that it was too cheesy. Maybesomeone inadvertantly got a little too happy with the cheese when making it. Bottom line.. it's Cracker Barrel during a dinnerrush so expectations always have to be tempered especially with so many staffing issues. As far as the place itself it wasclean. Read more
The customer service here is great. The servers are attentive and food usually comes out hot and fast. Also, I love their craft... soda selection. So if you like craft sodas, they have a VERY good selection. Read more
Absolutely terrible. Awful service the rudest waitress I have ever had in my life. We had no silverware and had to ask when it... arrived had 2 spoons and no forks. Never came back to check on us and ask us how our food was or if we wanted refills. Food wascold. Very few biscuits. We thanked her several times and no response not your welcome, my pleasure nothing. She just was rudeand kinda out of it.One member of our party had to ask for her sweet tea she ordered. When It arrived it wasn?t sweet, my momtold her she ordered sweet tea and she just stared at her didn?t offer to get what she ordered or make it right just continuedto stare. This waitress should not be in the service industry. She just walked around aimlessly in the kitchen and played withher hair or was on her phone. I wasn?t asked how my meal was, not told thanks for coming in, or have a nice evening. There areplenty of restaurants in Greenfield with more coming, very disappointed in tonight?s service and meal. I expect more from thisestablishment. It used to be a pleasure to dine here. People like this will put your company out of business. Read more
Stopped on our way home from NC. It's Cracker Barrel so you know what to expect. However I was surprised at how small the... cornbread biscuits were. I know everything is being downsized but they were about the size of an Oreo and the height of maybe 2Oreos, not even enough to split to butter. Hubby did not eat his broccoli as it was overcooked. Our server never offered torefill my lemonade, was not very friendly or personable. Only there to take your order and move on. I have been to plenty ofCracker Barrel's with both great food and great staff. This was not our experience here at this location. Read more
