This was my first visit on 9-9-22 to any O'Charley's as we don't have them in my home state. Great experience from the very... beginning to the end. The hostess was pleasant and our waitress, Jess, was fantastic. Jess made great recommendations and madesure we had drink refills before we asked. She was attentive and fun to talk to. I was so impressed with the cleanliness of therestaurant, including the restroom. The prices were reasonable, even to the point I mentioned I've paid more for fast food andthis was much tastier. My family didn't have a good experience my steak was so rare it was cold still. My wife ordered Cajun chicken pasta and it was... just creamy pasta with raw onions and peppers and the chicken tasted like it was out of a microwave bag. And my sons chickenstrips were killed. So 2 stars is because our waitress was awesome and stayed positive the whole time. The manager needs to betrained because he had no clue how to handle the situation. Read more

We had a really good experience at this ocharleys. Our server was Maggie B and she was very polite and kept up with our refills... and all requests! The manager was also sweet, I didn?t get her name though. The only problem we had was the Parmesan Chicken wasawful. It was the sauce. It was really dark and just horrible. After having a dismal experience at Cracker Barrel the day before, I was pleasantly surprised by our wonderful experience at... O'Charley's. It had been a while since I have eaten here, but the food was just as delicious as I remembered and the portion wasvery generous. But it was the excellent service that put us over the moon. We were tended to promptly not only by our server,Dee Dee, but also by the manager who was making sure that everything was being taken care of properly. It was such a relief tosee that not every restaurant is going downhill!! Read more
