Didnt even get the garlic sauce i asked for when i ordered my food. Dont know whats so hard about reading a label....
I ordered delivery, it never came. I called the store. Chris said the order had been delivered 5 minutes earlier. Had i checked... my porch. I said yes, i had checked. I was frustrated because i dont walk well. They offered that i could get a refund or apizza delivered in about an hour. I really wanted pizza so i offered to pick it up if they could bring it out to my car becausemy walking is bad. They stated they could definitely bring it out. I arrived and waited. They saw i had pulled up. I calledinside. They answered the phone and then hung up several times. Then the answered finally. They said i should come in and pickit up. I was in tears, but i drug my bad leg to the door. I asked if my pizza was ready,as i hung on to the door frame. Theysaid yes , come in. I told them i was barely able to walk. I was going back to my car. I asked, how could they be so cruel. Bythen i was crying very hard. A young man placed my pizza in my car. He said he didnt know why i was crying. I said because ihurt very badly. I asked what his name was. He said Chris. I paid in advance with a delivery charge and a tip. I would havegiven 0 stars but that isnt possible. Read more
Staff wasn't the nicest staff. Could have been better service could of been better attitudes from the employees . And... definitely this building needs maitnence .. how grose with a bucket to catch water the same place your cutting the pizza ...It's disappointing to see staff treating eachother so poorly . I hope that your boss takes your store from you. It is filthyand you don't deserve it that staff deserves a leader who will take charge be there during a rush and not complain or take itout on the staff around them .. more importantly this store deserves the tlc it needs ! . Ordered a large works pizza without green peppers and onions on half of it. When I got the pizza it's was half cheese and half... pepperoni and black olives. 25$ for that non sense. Never again will I order from here. That was the 3rd order in a row theymessed up. And no I don't ever accept the free remake. How about just giving me my money back or Making it right the first time.???? Read more
Wife ordered a pizza at 12:48. The delivery estimate was 46 minutes. Over an hour later she contacted the store and apparently a... Doordarshan driver came and picked up the pizza, then canceled the order and didn't return the food. Neither this location norDoordash informed us of anything. At least that's the poor explanation given to us. Absolutely ridiculous that service like thisis ever accepted and hopefully the person my wife and I spoke with sobers up enough to actually complete their shift since itwould take 5-10 seconds before receiving a "uuuuhhhh oh yeah" to pretty much anything I said. Ordered with specific delivery instructions not only did they not do that they forget every cheese cup and I was hung up on... twice in the middle of speaking. Never again after this. I would love to go talk to the fellow who hung up on me twice! Read more
Was on time and order was mostly correct. Dipping sauce for the breadsticks was incorrect and delivery driver seemed less than... thrilled about her 8 dollar tip. I used to deliver pizza for Domino's and if I got a tip around 8,9,10 bucks I made sure thecustomer's order was correct and let them know that I appreciated the generous tip. I deliver for multiple delivery apps. Occasionally I will get a Papa John?s order and when I arrive for pick up it?s always... ready or just coming out of the oven. There?s a young man named Aaron who works there, he?s so helpful and even brought my pizzadelivery to my car. Keep up the great work fellas! Read more
