This was my first time eating at a Qdoba ever, and I had been excited to try it out. The location was good and the food I ended... up with was good. However, there were a few issues: the first being that they gave me a kid's protion bowl (which I did not askfor), and I didn't even realize it until I got towards the end of the line (since, again, I had never been to Qdoba before).Whoever it was that was working the register on 8/1/22 at about 12:15 PM was the one that made this a disappointing visit. Shetold me the price and I was confused, and as I tried to reexamine the menu and she flatly told me, "You ordered from the kidsmenu...you got the kid's menu." And basically seemed like she couldn't be bothered to fix it, and wanted me to pay and leave.Such a terrible first experience, and I will never go back to the Greenfield location again. Read more
I usually really love this place, hence 3 stars. There are a lot of younger people staffing it, but they always seem to do a... pretty good job. The portions are always great! However, today I went through and a young man with really thick, long-ishbrown hair was on the line. He was as nice as he could be, but his hair was a bit tousled and not tied back in any way.. and Ijust knew some of it was going to end up in my food. I held out hope that I was wrong, but sure enough.. as I'm eating I find abig piece of thick, brown hair in my nachos. Ruined it for me... Read more
While traveling we stopped at this Qdoba and we were not disappointed we tried the new lime shrimp ????????please keep this one... on the menu!!! Staff gave 5 star service , lines moved at a great timing (and it was the lunch rush to add their restaurant wasclean. Read more
Priced apprpriately (for free guac). Food quality is acceptable. Not the cleanest, and the soda machine was out of many... selections. A Chipotle is opening up abut 100 yards away soon. I'd rather try that than return to Qdoba. Read more
Visited Qdoba from out of state. Never had been there before. I was impressed with the menu options. You can add to and take... away from entree choices. Portion sizes are HUGE. Staff was accommodating and friendly. Highly recommend! Read more
Fairly fast and staff was quick, but no music, so felt like it was a library.
