Worst Taco Bell of all time!!! They messed up my order then when I came back through the drivethru and nicely asked them to... replace it, they told me no. Then they quit answering over the intercom so I pulled up to the window. The girl looked at me thenlocked the window and refused to talk to me. Multiple employees walked up and looked at me ugly through the window and thenwalked away. I just sat there as I had requested management just before they quit responding over the intercom. The Taco Bell on N State St Greenfield IN is employed by the most incompetent staff. Every order I get is always incorrect.... Unless you like to spend fuel and time driving back and forth to get your order corrected I?d highly recommended going to theone on US 40. Read more

In my last $30 order I was missing 2 crunchy tacos, a dorito locos taco, and 3 things were made with chipotle that I requested... be removed. I couldn?t get in touch, because the store had a busy signal repeatedly. I didn?t drive back to the store because Idon?t live in town and was already home when I discovered I was missing items. When making a complaint on the app and requestingfollow up, no one followed up (my order was made on the app). At the very least I should?ve been reimbursed in the app formissing and incorrect items. Why is the lobby closed at this location? There is another location in Greenfield that has the lobby open. I am sitting in a... line for 30min so far, thats wrapped around the building. All the while, I watch two employees inside working on dining roomtrash! Makes zero sense! No sense of urgency for customer service or speed of service. Where did "fast food" go? I finally getto the window and still have tonwait for food, while a kid stands at the window on his phone. Read more

Place was clean but only menu's inside are the digital ordering kiosks, so hope you know how to navigate them! A menu on the... giant blank purple header wall would be an ideal feature to add. Read more

The new chicken tacos are awful, the chicken doesnt even exist in half the taco. Beans are always dry here. Pay for extra cheese... and never get extra. Just a joke how expensive taco bell has become and then everything is tiny portion and poorly assembled.For the same price I can go to a sit down Mexican restaurant and have leftovers... i learned my lesson. Service drive thru employee was rude and my 2 soft tacos and 3 crunchy tacos had maybe 1 to 2 tsp of beef! I went to bed hungry.
