I saw this restaurant while driving by and dropped in for dinner after a long day outside, very tired and thirsty. The place is... cool and quiet, very pleasant The staff were outstanding. My waitress was so nice and kept my iced tea refilled,at least 8times during dinner. The big surprise was the food quality. I am a Thai foodie, and these people can cook! We used to come here all the time because the food was good and we liked the service, but we had a bad experience a few months... ag that ruined it for us. Now we can’t even think about coming back. The coconut curry soup was just bad and our appetizersampler tasted like old oil. I do like their Thai tea. Read more

Zapp has been one of my favorite restaurants for years, but tonight was truly great. I was recently diagnosed with a gluten... sensitivity and have been struggling to find foods I like, especially at restaurants. Tonight, there was just one employeeworking the front. He was all over the place with orders, phone calls, bussing tables, delivering food, etc. He was stillfriendly, kind, and knowledgeable about which foods would fit in with my diet. We were on a long drive home from Wisconsin to Ohio. Stopped for dinner. Service was not that good, slow and I, at least, felt... like we weren't regulars, so we weren't worth good service. The food was good. Read more

Overall food was good. I ordered the Puket Seafood and was expecting something different. It came on a bed of cabbage but I... was expecting it to be cooked, not raw. Note to self to ask before I order. Tom Yum soup was good but had a lot of big piecesof raw green onion. The Bancok seafood was good! Update: second visit was much better! Read more

great food, generous portions, moderately priced (they recently increased their prices due to the current economic climate). the... only reason i don’t give 5 stars is because the hostess/waitress who helped us was a little rude and short with us, but ithink they are short staffed and probably stressed out. i would go again because the food was so good! The poor waitress girl was very nice. Food, not good at all. I ordered the “crispy” curry duck. These guys just microwave... the duck. If you like Thai food, this is not the place. Read more
