I was pleasantly surprised when I saw a significant improvement in the service at the Greenfield location as it had been sadly... deteriorating. The young workers brought significant energy to the place but need to remember to sit voices carry into thedinning room loud and clear. It took only 30 seconds after telling someone at the door ?we?ll be right with you? until they wereescorted to their seat. The food was hot, and served as requested. Asked for three chicken tenders and got two and two little chunks of mostly crusty breading. The waffle fries were room temp. At... least the honey mustard was great. The drive thru staff were also really friendly. Read more
First off we went to the drive thru where we waited for 15 minutes to not ever be greeted. While two employees were chatting... smoking cigarettes watching us wait. Finally we decide to go inside to pick up our 80 dollar meal. The drinks were forgotten soagain we had to wait additional time for our order that was supposed to be done 20 minutes prior. While inside there was oneworker running around doing all the work while the cook was still outback smoking. Once getting back to the car and handing mychildren the food we were again disappointed neither of them received the sides they had ordered nor the dip. And then to top itall off I received nuts on my Sunday that stated no nuts! I am allergic. Absolutely terrible experience. Read more
My friend and I went in for dinner. What a great atmosphere, Amanda was our waitress she was there for everything we needed. ... They had these inflatable hats we requested them, they were fun for seniors to get the hats. Encouraging the young kids in toalso ask for the hats! Our dinner came quickly and was still very hot!! We came here for some good ole ice cream and it was so good. I can only rate our experience with regards to the ice cream, we... did not eat there. First of all, the staff was working overtime. They were clearly understaffed and it?s not their fault. Kudosto the staff who were working their butts off. The ice cream was absolutely amazing. Nice and creamy. The sugar cone reminded meof my childhood days. Great place to grab some really good ice cream. I would recommend going here if you?re in town. Read more
Great little place. Got a cheeseburger, was made to order, large, and good value. Got single scoop of ice cream, beware,... extremely good value! Single scoop was so large needed a cup with it. Read more
