I had a wonderful experience today, the lobby and bathrooms looked really clean and my food was well presented to me! Everyone... was very kind and as a customer that has been coming to this location sense it was a KFC Pizza Hut Taco Bell trio, theirs nevernot been a line in drive thru or a displeased customer at this location! Today that all changed their was quick in and out ofdrive thru orders and a lot of smiling delighted people in the lobby and in drive thru, the overall experience and vibe andabionce of the restaurant has completely changed under their new management and has dramatically changed in the last 3 weeksI've been coming here, I am so happy that I can get my food properly made and deliciously made, props to whoever made my famousbowl and fries, hasn't been that good in a long time ???? keep up the good work Greenfield KFCTB fam! This is the worst. Food tastes stale and poorly prepared. It is hard to get workers and they do okay but are pretty rough... looking, uniforms dirty and poorly worn. They also are on their phones frequently....almost like no one in charge. Don't thinkI can go there anymore...worry about getting sick and it doesn't taste good. Read more
Absolutely disgusting. This place needs to be shut down permanently. Do not let the update to the exterior fool you as you WILL... get sick from eating here after waiting 20 minutes for a few tacos. WORST RESTAURANT IN GREENFIELD. Read more
Food was hot, fresh and really good. Drive thru staff member was super friendly and accommodated a small change in my order... without any issues at all. Was in and put of the drive thru in less than 10 minutes, which I felt was more than reasonableconsidering I'd come at a time during the day when it seemed that things were made to order. Will definitely visit again! Read more
8.25.22 the front door was locked so I went in through the open side door, only to be greeted by a teenager with a bad attitude... yelling at me that the restaurant was closed. Maybe lock your doors? The precious time I was at this restaurant we waited inline inside for a full 10 minutes without anyone so much as saying ?we are busy we will be with you as soon as possible.? Weleft. 10 minutes to order. 10 minutes to get food. My order: Nashville Chicken tender meal/ large 2 soft tacos 1 beef burrito w/o... sour cream What I received: 5 piece tenders /medium 2 soft taco 1 beef burrito w/ sour cream No communication between workerand customer about ETA, lack of accuracy, and clearly no care for customer satisfaction. Food ok, everything else not so much. The men's restroom I felt dirtier leaving it then when I came. Used Lysol wipes to clean... my hands after I went back to my car, that's bad how I felt. Cleanliness is quite lackluster took pictures of what I couldwithout looking like I was. 1 of the drink area 6 of the Petri dish they call a restroom. Read more
