Food is always cold, staff confused and not trained. Online ordering is not convenient. They couldn't even manage to put it on... the takeout racks. Go to Hadley one for a better meal. Read more

Large blonde women with glasses in drive-through doesnt like to pay attention to the ordering vestibule and will curse and... threaten you when your rightfully get upset with her for waiting over 8 minutes to take an order all the while heard gigglingand chatting to coworkers. Filthy! The tables hadn't been cleaned. Also, I fell on the way to the bathroom because the floors were caked with grease. (I... am on crutches.) Even the floor in the bathroom was slippery. When I told the young female behind the counter that the floorsneeded to be cleaned, she laughed. Read more

One of the better Wendy's I've been to. They made me a salad without cheese even though I'd only asked if it was possible and... they said they were pre-made so it wasn't. But the manager heard our conversation and made one for me. It was really kind. Read more

My meal was absolutely delicious, I hadn't been here in years and it was nice remembering the times me and my mother used to... spend there before she passed. It was extremely clean and the employees were very courteous. The food was served pretty quicklybut with the size of the kitchen I can imagine things slowing down a bit regardless I'm not into this whole new fad of gettingyour food instantly, as a chef I can tell you there is a time when your food comes way too fast and people should learn thedifference. I had to ask staff to wipe off counter that had mud hay and other health safety hazards and had to tell staff that they shouldnt... be serving or placing anything on their counter. The cashier said, "I will do that" and proceeded to prepare food orders forguests without addressing sanitary issue promptly. The manager appeared about 2 min later to wipe the counter with only adisposable wipe no sanitizer and no apology for condition of establishment. Condiment counter was discheveled and alsocontaminated with debree. I was then receiving order but instead of giving the paying adult for a to-go order, the beveragesfor kids meals, the children were given the beverages and began fighting due to this undermining. When I had taken drinks backto defuse the situation of young children I asked the cashier for a bag for beverages; again he acknowledged the request andfailed to fullfill upon request. I stood another 5 minutes after the 5 having already been there, holding my childrens beveragesuntil 3 children meals were ready. Then again the cashier undermined me as a parent and proceded to hand out bags to kids againcausing an issue needing resolution. Upon my exit with 3 young children ages 5,7 and 8 the cashier concured with a guest commentof my being a "B****". All I feel I did with over 15 years of food sevice was attempt to protect the health of consumers andassist in the betterment of Wendy's business practices.
