Place is usually clean and the food is good. Just won't go back to this location because the little chubby lady manager really... degrade the employees. I witnessed this several times. Made me so uncomfortable. I would never have my teen or anyone I lovework with such a unkind manager. There are better ways to manage people. I go out of my way and go to the South 27th streetlocation. Much nicer management there. I now understand why there is such a shortage of restaurant workers. Geesh! Read more
Ordered the new "hushpuppy battered" fish. 5 piece. Two things, first the fish is tiny! It's not worth it. Second, it's... definitely not worth it when they only give you 3 pieces instead of 5. At least the cheese sauce for the fries was stillgood...14 bucks not well spent. Read more
I was so excited to try the new fish and fries. Omgoodness, it was HORRIBLE!! The fish was worse than fish sticks you buy at... a grocery store. I ordered curly fries instead of crinkle fries. The curly fries weren't even luke warm!! The meal was bad. But the worst part of it was the price...almost $12!!!!! I was mad. I felt taken. The people are nice. Bad experience on this Arby. Got the beef classic and it was not good. It was wrapped in foil. When I opened it up half of the... top bun was off the beef but then the bottom bun was half off the other way. Really poor attention to putting bun on correctly!So I tasted it and it was very mediocre. They didn't give me any horseradish sauce so sandwich was dry n not tasty. To top thatmy drink, diet coke was all seltzer n no diet coke. They didn't change the syrup for the dispenser. Plus the curly fries wereawful due to being over deep fried. Worst fast food meal I had literally in years. All for $9.85. Boy I made a bad choice. Read more
Paid 7 dollars for a terrible Wago burger. The meat didn't fill the bun. When we opened the wrappers the burgers were sloppy... and the bun tops were sliding off of the sandwich. As far as taste? I would rather go to McDonald's for a kids burger. If youbuy one don't be surprised if you will want to feed it to your pets. Or maybe not. Read more
