We just flew in from a long flight and had the best experience here! Our waitress Noemi was fabulous! She squeezed our drinks in... so we didn't miss Happy Hour and was so personable, knowledgeable, efficient and professional! Our meals were timed perfectlyafter our salads, and our orders were correct and delicious! The entire experience was delightful and Noemi was a proof thatalthough rare, excellent service does still exist! If you go for a meal, ask for Noemi, you won't be disappointed! Read more

The joys of indoor dining are back at Carrabba's has nailed it on every front, imho. My server just HAPPENED to be my niece,... Lizzy Rodriguez. She hovered near taking care of every want, wish and desire as I dined with her sister and brother-in-law. But the food. Let me tell you! I tried the appetizer sampler. Mozzarella sticks are hand breaded (not poured from a bag offrozen fractiles), mushrooms are filled with a wonderful, tasty inside and topped with a tomato based cream sauce, calamari werecooked to perfection. The bread (served warm as it should be) was accompanied by an herby, garlicky pile of dry ingredientsthat swirled into the oil for an outstanding dip. Soup, anyone? The lentil with sausage (with a bit of a fennel flavor which Ilove!) was excellent. The chicken soup was excellent, too, in that it had little tubey pastas, lots of meat AND veggies. Theycould have stood alone and been a meal in and of themselves. But wait! There's more! :) We ordered to steak with grilledaparagus and mashed potatoes (skin on, thank you) and tried the mushroom and lemony sauces on the side. All flavors, even withjust the steak naked, were superb. We shared our food and still went home with leftovers. Lastly, I had to try the limoncellobread pudding. Warm with ice cream, the delicate lemon flavor and the smooth and dense consistency of the cake made it a winnerof an ending to the meal. And as an aside, eating with people who love their work (like the proprieter on site and Lizzyserving and the awesome chefs and staff) always makes a dining experience better. Went for dinner tonight, 1st time! They were busy, but we were sat right away! Server was friendly and prompt! Started with... complimentary fresh baked bread and olive oil with seasonings to dip! Delicious! Had bread with trio of marinara, Alfredo &tomato cream sauce as an appetizer, also delicious! We both had the Caesar salad, these definitely could have used more dressingand each salad had exactly ONE crouton, ONE, this had us a tad bit nervous about what to expect! We both had trio combinationsso we could try more things! Mine was the trio of chicken with fettuccine Alfredo, all were AWESOME! My daughter had a trio withsteak, chicken & mezzanine (kind of like ravioli) all were cooked perfectly and delicious! The reason for the 4/5 stars, asidefrom our very sad Caesar Salads, the restaurant was quite a mess, the floors were disgusting. We watched as they droppedsilverware on the floor and proceeded to step over it instead of picking it up. We watched as they spilled/splashed water on thefloor and left that as well so although our server was nice, there is lots of room for improvement with staff! We willdefinitely try them again! Hey! Just ordered to go from Carrabba's this afternoon. Normally I don't order out but I'm in sick so I was feeling Italian... food. I ordered the kids ravioli and then the classic 3.. the kids order is only 4 small raviolis, and the classic 3 camewithout one of the dishes. Only 2 of the entrees came. In addition the order of truffle fries we put in were just normal fries.No truffle at all. As much as I wanted to give it a try , I paid almost 60 dollars for little to no food.
