UPDATE TO THIS REVIEW I originally gave this store 1 star because of what transpired below but I had an experience that I never... ever thought would happen. The actual Owner and Gm reached out to me about the incident????. Not only did they reach out to mebut actually met with me about the situation????ikr. Well to make this story as brief as possible... they listened to what I hadto say and how I felt about the experience and more than assured me that my future experiences with Dunkin Donuts would bedifferent. Any establishment that will go that extra mile to ensure the quality of service that's being exuded is at its highestfor its customers can't get anything lower than 5 stars from me. That level of dedication to its customers which contributes tothe success of the business is breath taking and was a refreshing experience. I thank you again and will continue to supportyour business. Sincerely, Joshua beason Just wondering how you feel about your employees and manager turning away money....especially when the store looks fully staffed. I'm also wondering if your views of "my kind" (black) shouldn't come there ifthere's something i don't like? ???? How is the lobby closed when fully staffed and the doors are open? I come to this location because it's convenient, and on my way to work. They rarely ever get my order right and I shouldn't have... to ask for a bag when I order 2 dozen assorted donuts, your employees don't have the sense that God gave them, I think I will goback to going to Krispy Kreme. Always friendly service. Willing to go the extra mile. This location is so BUSY- I give credit to the employees who work here... and are always agile on their feet. My fiancé and I come two or three times a week and plan to keep patronizing this business.It's the closet location to our house and we enjoy having it so close. Read more

Ordered 4 things. My breakfast sandwich was the only editable item out of the three. It was good and so was my latte. My... hashbrowns, you only get 6 in a bag were as black as my dog. And my donut I ordered never made it into my bag. I called to talkto a manager and got hung up on or put on hold (never got to talk to someone) and at that point I might as well just take theloss and not come back. Read more

I'm not sure what's going on with this place but it's now the 3rd time I've gone and it's been a fiasco. I sat at the drive... thru for more than 5 minutes, not yet even having an order. I finally get to the window and they had a totally wrong orderrang up. 3 people asked me, several times what I'd ordered. By now there's 5 more cars behind me all waiting on orders. It'sfrustrating. I'm not sure how many times im willing to go but if its anything like today, it wont happen again. Read more

O.k. this is the part where I really sound like a real grumpy old vejo. We ordered 2 coffees and a box of donut holes. Is it... just my old blood shot eyes OR have the donut hole sizes been reduced ? I use to only be able to put 2 or 3 in my mouth at thesame time. Now I can put 8 in the old pie hole. So many favorites in life are reduced in size. What's next....get your minidonut holes ? This is not the closest Dunkin to me but I make the trip to this location, my iced coffee is always made to perfection. Plus... they have my daughter's favorite donut in stock anytime of day. Every employee that I have interacted with has been friendly :) Read more

Very disappointed in this location. It?s close to my house, so I?d stop here on my way to work every morning. The last few times... (maybe about 5) my drink has tasted completed watered down. This morning, I decided to stop and hope it was better. I orderedthe peppermint mocha latte, and this is what I received. I had not even drank from it when I took these photos. There was nowait at the window, so the whipped cream couldn?t have melted that quickly because when I drove up to the window the drink wasalready prepared. When I took a sip of it, there was absolutely zero flavor even with the peppermint mocha added. It tastes likedirty water, which makes me wonder if they even added any flavor or the number of pumps they were supposed to. I didn?t get thedrink for the whipped cream or presentation of it, but overall just extremely disappointed with the quality of beverages I?vereceived over the last few times. I?m only giving it two stars because the employee at the drive-thru is always nice, especiallya young woman who always makes conversation with me. Read more
