Our waitress was too busy counting tips to do anything for us... Another waitress actually came to the table as we were getting... ready to leave and reached over us to grab the cash tip off of the table... Food was cold by the time we got it, and it wasn'teven our waitreas who brought it to us. Got nothing but dirty looks as we were leaving because I said something about reachingover to grab the tip. YUMMY! The waitresses are always very nice and make you feel like family. This is the perfect little dinner for a quick bite to... eat before church or after a long day at work! Walked in 10 minutes before 10pm and we were told grills were off and they closed at 10pm. Was told they didn't have anyone to... work 3rd shift. Obviously management needs to step it up. It would of been considerate to have a sign posted on the door and tohave the open sign turned off. Read more

Never a warm smile or even a hello when you walk through the door. An irritated face on the cook except the male one - he's... usually kind and working hard to complete orders in a timely manner. No sense of urgency - slow service. Being in the serviceindustry, it's sad when I don't feel like tipping someone. Gotta do better, Webbs..love your breakfast n' such. Sucks when Iwalk in then right back out cause the look on the faces of the staff shows me I'll be waiting forever and getting mediocreservice. Read more
