I?ve ordered from this jimmy johns twice and had negative experiences both times. The first time they delivered my order to the... wrong house and I couldn?t find it. The second time it took over an hour for them to deliver it and then it was never delivered.When I called they said their delivery driver was back already and he left it at a house. I then heard the delivery driver inthe background say ?I couldn?t see the house numbers.? I never received a call asking where the house exactly was or anything. Second time getting burned on a delivery order, will not be going to this location anymore. Ordered a sandwich, chips and... cookie, and an hour later it?s just a sandwich that shows up? called to see what could be done and it would require me to placeanother order so they can cancel the initial one??? Just cancel this one and accept that you don?t care about customersatisfaction.
