I?ve ordered from this jimmy johns twice and had negative experiences both times. The first time they delivered my order to the... wrong house and I couldn?t find it. The second time it took over an hour for them to deliver it and then it was never delivered.When I called they said their delivery driver was back already and he left it at a house. I then heard the delivery driver inthe background say ?I couldn?t see the house numbers.? I never received a call asking where the house exactly was or anything. Second time getting burned on a delivery order, will not be going to this location anymore. Ordered a sandwich, chips and... cookie, and an hour later it?s just a sandwich that shows up? called to see what could be done and it would require me to placeanother order so they can cancel the initial one??? Just cancel this one and accept that you don?t care about customersatisfaction. It literally says 3 items on the receipt but apparently no one thought the bag felt a little light, and I eventipped 20% ahead of time. Read more
Delivery driver made an uncomfortable remark about my appearance a few months ago. I haven't ordered from here since and decided... I would try again yesterday, but I'd go to the store for pickup instead of delivery. Well...guess who I run into while goinginside to pick up my order? Yes, the same delivery driver. Fortunately this time around, he didn't say anything. Food here isalways fresh, but I just do not feel comfortable at this location anymore and have to start going to a different Jimmy John's. Placed an order online. It took about a half hour to make 2 subs, and over a half hour to deliver from a location 6 minutes... away. The sandwiches were made according to our orders, but they were not cut in half, like we asked. It has happened a fewtimes recently. I don't think I'll be ordering from this location anymore. Update (5/2022): It was ready when we arrived early,because they were slow. The orders were accurate, but still not cut in half like I requested for 2 of the 3 sandwiches. Read more
We had an order for two party platters and a couple of slims set for a 430 pickup. Not so freaky fast. With Jimmy John's... reputation I thought it all would be ready by 430. Nope. I got there to pick our order up at 430 and I waited until 445 for myorder to be ready. Read more
I ordered at noon today now it?s 1:56 and i still did not get my food delivered. It said out for delivery at 1:08? never again
