Came in to dine in and let my 2 kids play in the play area.. the play area was very dirty none of the tables were clean the... garbage can was overflowing.. they messed up twice on my order.. once was they forgot a burger and the other was my big Mac wasmissing a patty and when I brought it up to them they were complaining and making fun that I brought up for a patty.. if I payfor a sandwich it should b served the correct way... The employees were very rude and ignored us had to say excuse me 3 timesand they were littery two feet away.... McDonald's has gotten really bad when it comes to customer service.. everyone has anattitude and they get orders wrong about 80%of the time.... More training to the employees or a manager that's an actual adultneeds to b there at all times Read more
Lol Don't use the kiosk at the entrance. It never let you finish. Finally gave up and went to the counter. Super friendly... people and service was speedy and food hit. Cappuccino was awesome. Read more
Literally three 14 yrs olds " working " there. We dined in, it took 30 minutes to get our food and then it was wrong and missing... things. one of the teenagers was eating a cheeseburger behind the counter and another guy kept touching all the fries with hishands. absolutely horrible horrible experience. one of the other customers actually took a picture of the girl eating her foodbehind the counter when there was multiple people waiting for their food. Once again I had a bad experience with this place due to the fact our order was messed again. I ordered a breakfast sandwich and... two breakfast burritos. I got a breakfast sandwich and a hash brown. This happens almost every time we go to this location.There is something always missing or wrong in the order. This is the first review I have ever done and it is because I am sickof giving this place money for food we don't receive. Until they get new staff or fix their ways i don't recommend going here. The cleanliness of this location is very disappointing. All the tables are dirty, there are spills on the floors, the play area... is the same. We had to clean our table with our own wipes as the wipe stations are empty and look as if they have been for along time. With how often we saw the employees idle and one their phones, there is no excuse for the mess. Read more
Waited almost 15 mins for three cars in front of us. Paid and went to second window where was handed drinks with the lids not on... spilling all over my hands, had to ask 3xs for straws. Before we pulled out the fries were stale and soggy. When we got homewith the food my wife had ordered a 2 cheeseburger meal and when she bit into the first cheeseburger it tasted funny and sheopened the burgers up and they had big Mac sauce on them. Unacceptable I would think having one job that you would know thedifference between a big mac and a regular cheeseburger. Read more
Was disappointed at today's visit. Wait was a little longer than usual, I understand. I ordered a large coke with my meal and... got a regular. I ordered sweet tea and received unsweetened. Guy was on the phone as I was trying to tell him. I was not a happycustomer. Read more
Honestly not a fan of McDonald's due to past experiences but the truth is on this day the food was hot and fresh. The service... could have been more professional but that's coming from someone who spent a lot of years in the food service industry so myexpectations for customer service is high. Overall I was very surprised on how fresh and hot my food was. Read more
