The McDonald's on South 76th Street used to be so much better back in the day when it was The Solid Gold McDonald's and it had... all the Harley Davidson engine seats and the Old fashioned Rock N' Roll stuff there. The service and food was terrible. It?s people like this that motivates companies to make their employees be replaced by... machines. I suspect the guy at the window was a possible flunky of some chick 14 years in my past. If he?s not, then he has someserious issues to deal with before he is trusted with anything that goes into someone?s body. There was some other suspiciousactivity going on. I should have recorded the whole incident. This situation will just motivate me to record every restaurantencounter just in case a major situation arises. It will be great for my criminal defense and any lawsuits that may come aboutin situations like this. I suggest everyone do the same. Disturbed people like them should be outed and dealt with. It's the 21st century and somehow the largest fast food chain in the world has to shut down taking credit cards for over an hour... so their system can send the end of day report, yet somehow smaller companies seem to have no issues doing both at the sametime. Read more
Dining room is filthy. Employees can't even perform minimum job functions. I had to ask for beverage cup for my meal. One... couldn't stand up straight because her back hurt, one walked through dining room whining she just wanted to sleep! Seriously? Read more
The line was very long outside so I went in. I ordered 2 mcflurrys at the self service. I didn't get a ticket. The girl at... the counter tried looking up my order. After 3 minutes she offered to just get me my desserts. It was nice of the girl but Ireally don't like the self service kiosks It's been a long time since I ordered mcflurrys.... Ordered curbside using the McDonald's app. The curbside parking spaces were all blocked off with traffic cones and a yellow "no... parking" cone so my husband went in to tell them where we were parked. Food came 15 minutes later. The orders were messed up(example, wrong drinks, no lettuce/tomato/anything on sandwiches). Won't come back. Read more
