Great location. The staff were very friendly and service was exceptional. My Japanese pan fried noodle craving was taken care of... within 5 minutes. The execution of the dish was perfect. Right amount of each ingredient and cooked correctly. I've been to afew stores that forget the carrots or broccoli or mushroom or cilantro. I now know which store will be my go-to from now onwhen traveling through the area. Thanks folks. Read more

I haven?t been at this location in awhile and I usually really like the food and service but, this time was not it. When we... first walked in there was nobody at the register to take orders so people were literally walking out. The woman who was workingat the resister was clearly flustered and could not keep up. My daughter ordered kids Mac and cheese, and there was a hair ontop of it. Her diced apples were brown and mushy as well. My husband ordered spicy Korean beef noodles and there was so muchsauce that it overpowered the dish. I just left this location after an hour of waiting. Typically I go to the location in New Berlin but stopped at this one today.... After waiting an hour, I got my single order of butter noodles and they didn?t put any seasoning and added cheese after askingfor no cheese. I love Noodles and Company but this one is not making the cut, half the employees stood around doing absolutelynothing and the one girl was giving me the ugliest look on the planet. Read more

They changed the way they make the potstickers, they used to grill them/sear them, and now they just steam them and it's a pile... of mush. And they only gave me 5. I said something and then waited 15 minutes and nothing. Then finally went up to the counterand just waited, didn't say anything cuz I didn't want to be impatient. The woman who told me they couldn't make them seared sawme and quick told them to make them and then everybody was confused behind the counter acting like they didn't understand whatwas happening. My potstickers finally came another 10 minutes later. My family was already finished eating. Plus there was weirdrandom noodles from other food in the container. Have been getting my noodles from this location since 2014 or earlier, within the last year management has changed and quality... of service has gone way down. Including incorrect food and bad quality. Today I had a small fly or ant my food which I havepictures, the owner/ manager said we don?t have bugs and there?s no flies in this restaurant. There are bugs everywhere and I dounderstand Mistakes happen but no apology is ridiculous. Read more
