I’ve been coming here periodically for the past few months. As I continue to give this location more and more business, it... seems as if I am being treated less and less decent overtime. I would say I’ve been ordering from here about 30-40 times forthe past 3 months. Tonight, I ordered an mobile pick up to go order. My pick up timewas 9:34 PM and after waiting in my car for about 5 minutes at the mobile check in, I walked into to restaurant to pick up myorder. When I went inside to get my order, it was given to me in a veryaggressive manner. When I got home, I noticed that the soup bowl was only 50% filled up. Evert time I order, I place a fairlydecent amount of a tip too. Last week, I went to the Brookfield location and was given the full amount of food with no attitude.Not sure if it’s the current overall stuff or management that’s the problem at this location. Something needs to change. Theservice was next to perfect back around Labor Day as of this year. Again, the customerservice towards me has diminished exponentially overtime. It wen’t from great to good, then to ok and now poor. I guess I amordering from Carrabba’s across the street now instead of this place. Read more
