our waitress dropped a cheese block in my soup. refused to serve a new bowl because she didn’t want to make more dishes. our... table wasn’t cleared the entire time. she was unable to take our order and serve us waters. would not recommend especiallyconsidering the lengthy waiting period. Read more

Olive Garden has seemed to drop a notch in quality, from the last time I was here about a year ago. Their salad(normally a... plus), has far less salad dressing on it, and as a result less flavor. The breadsticks had quite a bit of garlic flavoring too -actually a bit over-powering. And the Shrimp Scampi I had, lacked any significant sauce as well. Look, I'm not interested inhaving these dishes drenched in sauces, but with minimal amounts - they just don't taste the same as they used to. Read more
I was the first of my party to arrive and the waiter was so kind and patient checking on me to see if I needed anything while I... was waiting. Our server Kirby was great. The food is average. Somewhat higher prices for the food. Best part about the visit was the great... customer service from Kirby, even tho he forgot part of our order, he apologized and offered to fix it and get the rest of theorder even tho they were getting ready to close. I’ve been coming here periodically for the past few months. As I continue to give this location more and more business, it... seems as if I am being treated less and less decent overtime. I would say I’ve been ordering from here about 30-40 times forthe past 3 months. Tonight, I ordered an mobile pick up to go order. My pick up timewas 9:34 PM and after waiting in my car for about 5 minutes at the mobile check in, I walked into to restaurant to pick up myorder. When I went inside to get my order, it was given to me in a veryaggressive manner. When I got home, I noticed that the soup bowl was only 50% filled up. Evert time I order, I place a fairlydecent amount of a tip too. Last week, I went to the Brookfield location and was given the full amount of food with no attitude.Not sure if it’s the current overall stuff or management that’s the problem at this location. Something needs to change. Theservice was next to perfect back around Labor Day as of this year. Again, the customerservice towards me has diminished exponentially overtime.
