Rapid pick up means have it ready when The time says to be ready. Rapid Pick up should be priority. Food is always great but... their service is horrible. Never ready when you order online. Always a wait. If I wanted to wait I would just order when I getthere not ahead of time. !!!!!!!!! Read more
I usually order my soups, Mac and cheese, and bagels at Panera Bread while I work on my laptop and study. Their sandwiches are... bland and not flavorful unfortunately but everything else is satisfying. I also recommend their green goddess salads. Read more
The cashier is rude and gets the order wrong on the ticket she uses someone else purchase so it shows Antonio not her name... .when i order online it's fine .I pay full price and didn't get everything. We try to order soup with bread bowls and told meWe're all out bread bowls. I replied is thier a substitute maybe a beagle her replied no and ignored me. But the the personbefore me got free beagles. There's a small female that put my order together but missed my baguettes for my soup. She proceeded to tell me I must pay for... each one separately when I ordered 6 soups. I told her this has never happened at any Panera I've ever been to. She told me Iwould have to pay with cashier. When I go over already upset, the small female was mocking me laughing. Then the cashier told methey were out. If they would of just said that fine, but also it's an hour before closing time. Needless to say I'd rather takemy business elsewhere. Read more
I had a good experience here this time. Not that I ever have a bad experience but a lot of times in the past I leave here still... feeling hungry. I get that they want to stay relevant with their menu but every time I found something that I loved, shortlyafter they would discontinue it. So, there was a long period I wasn't coming here because I have to find something new to likeonly for them to take that away as well. Read more
I've been ordering cafe pickup 2-3 times a month since fall and it's been excellent! Only one little error on an order in all... that time. Like most restaurants these days, the staff is so busy, but anytime I've had a question, they're very friendly andwilling to help. Soda and coffee is self-serve, so you'll just get a cup with your order and if you don't see your bag on theshelf, 99% chance it's ready and on the nearby counter, just waiting to be sealed and moved, so check there if they're slammed:) Read more
Ordered pick two, took 25mins. Steak sandwich, cup of broccoli soup, soup was awesome, disappointed with lack of substance with... sandwich, three small pieces of meat and horseradish Mayo $7.20, please.
