The five stars go out to our server Donna, who made our dinner experience amazing! She was just so pleasant and kind and great... at her job! She definitely should be recognized bc it’s so hard these days to go to a chain restaurant and get such greatservice. The food was really good too. Fresh biscuits were bomb! and Donna was there meeting our every need BEFORE I could evenask for a refill she was there on her A game! I’m a server myself and this women is exactly what I needed tonight after a longday of Xmas shopping! I don’t do reviews often but she was too sweet not too. They said a 30 minute wait. They are all over the place. The manager is too busy talking to people like about his family and... stuff. Then the people that are supposed to seat us disappeared. And apparently the girl sat these people in the wrong place andsomeone was yelling at her and she got upset and went outside. And we were left standing there for over 10 minutes. And thensome lady came out of nowhere saying her table was ready and she went in front of us and got sat before us even though are tablewas ready first. Then our waitress took extra long to get to our table to take our order. It's ridiculous. Read more

So I went for a birthday lunch with my mom, I hadn't been there in about a year. I'm glad I gave it another try! Staff was... friendly and the service was good. Reasonable prices and combination platters. Best coconut shrimp EVER. My one and onlycomplaint was about the cheddar bay biscuits we have come to crave when you know you're going to Red Lobster. They now onlyserve 3 at a time ???? and they're not as on top of refilling your basket as one would like. If they'd keep those coming they'dget 5 stars. Read more

This was our first time visiting this Red Lobster location. We've been patrons of Red Lobster for years and I even worked at... another RL location down in the Atlanta area as a hostess many years ago. We were able to make a reservation for 6:15pm on aFriday for our family of 5. We are glad we did call ahead about an hour and a half ahead of time because our wait was veryminimal when we arrived. The food was delicious as always. Our children had the lobster tail and popcorn shrimp entrees from thekids menu along with the raspberry bay smoothie and cherry slushie. This was a true family night out so we let them indulge abit. My husband and I shared the date night platter which was a generous serving of two lobster tails, two sirloin steaks, twoshrimp skewers, bacon macaroni and cheese along with 2 sides. We also all shared a slice of the meyer lemon cake. Our servicefrom Brandon was good and we appreciated his attentiveness to our children when they wanted to order for themselves. The onlynegative I'd say we heard was 2 servers in the area around our table were loudly bickering back and forth about whose sectionwas being seated and which table was hers. It seemed to be mainly a female server upset about either being double sat or notknowing which table what which in her section. As a guest this was definitely an awkward exchange to be listening in on as wewere trying to enjoy our night and having been a restaurant manager of another restaurant many years ago, this type of thingdefinitely wouldn't fly with my staff. I also believe the manager was the one who dropped off our check at the end of the mealbecause we used a gift card to pay part of our balance and I was a bit surprised that I believe I saw 2 managers near our tablethat evening and neither the one who dropped off our check nor the one we saw walking through our area bothered to ask how ourevening was going. Horrible service and quality. At the time I had visited, not only did the shrimp stink, so did my server. I believe they should... review their hygiene policy post pandemic. The shrimp I had was slimy. The manager I spoke to was of no help. Her solution to myfeedback was not to pay the bill. Read more

The food was delicious however there were a few complications. I intended to come here a few days ago but had left due to a 40... minute wait while it appeared as if the restaurant was barely running at 50% capacity (likely due to the staffing shortages).Dining at Red Lobster has always been a family tradition around the new year so we are still glad to have ate here. We went here to take my mom out for her birthday.we waited 60 minutes for a table which we understood, the times we are in... everyone is short staffed. Unfortunately it got worse from there, no happy birthday from staff except the bartender- he'sawesome. Our server was saying how they've been with the restaurant over 6 yrs and yet items from our order were not brought tothe table or not made at all. My 4 yr old was the last one to eat (just wanted butter noodles) ...my coconut shrimp was overdoneand they were out of Pina colada dip. Our server had to take it from the to go station. My husband paid for live lobster and itwas slightly over-cooked- tasted rubbery. We usually have had stellar service and food but not this time. Read more
