I agree with the review by Hamza. I've been here throughout the years and they have dramatically gone down in food quality, food... quantity and the service seems non existant. They take at least 30 minutes, and sometimes an hour to get an order out. I am notexaggerating when most of the time there is nobody behind the counter, and that the kitchen seems awfully quiet while a line ofpeople are waiting for their orders. Customer of the franchise for a long time. The size of portions and food quality have slowly got smaller/worse and smaller/worse... (fries got tiny) but I won't blame this specific bergham that much because it might not be up to them but whoever reading thistry M-Star, (another older fast food joint that Bergham copied) it is way better and have bigger portions, sadly they closedtheir Brossard location because they were horribly located. The reason why I'm giving 2 is because even though I like the food,this place is understaffed, if not then the staff is bad. Waiting 30 min to 1 hour for an order in a fast food joint is notnormal. The phone number is out of service A LOT, that's not really a problem but if its the case, they gotta update Google andtheir website/social page..... There are a lot of errors when ordering, my. biggy burger sauces are almost always missing. Onetime I bought two maximum sandwiches and they were literally crumbling and were SOAKING WET? When I got back in after another 15drive, they redid my order but didn't really take responsability... On the phone, they kept saying that it's not possible andwhen I came in they said the sandwich was steamed or something.....? So what? That's doesn't justify why my sandwiches wereimpossible to hold in my hands without crumbling into pieces...... I?ve been ordering from this multiple times and for some reason, when I dine in, the food is fresh and the sandwiches are filled... up with delicious chicken. However, when I order a take-away, the sandwiches barely have any meat in them which is quitedisappointing. I hope this matter is addressed and orders should be prepared the same whether the person dines in or eats out.Other than that, the staff and restaurant are great and tidy up. Read more

Worst place ever you can go , this is the worst experience I have ever had in Montreal, living here over 15 years and never seen... this customer service attitude. Stuff are very rude my order of 4 sandwiches takes 45 minutes to prepare, the guy ignoring whenI was talking to him asking for my order and keep serving new customers. I?m asking you should had tell me it will takes 30 to45 minutes to get your order at first then I decide to go for it or not .. reply to me so do you wanna cancel it now !! Customer service is awesome. They offer wide selections of sandwiches. We ordered the steak sandwich trio with algerian sauce.... The sandwich was Ok but not up to the expectations. Too oily which is not preferable. The algerian sauce was the best I havetried so far. I would recommend and I may try different sandwich next time. Read more

The food was amazing. Good price considering the portion size. Unfortunately, was the first time we went there and we waited... almost 1/2 hour for our food. But the food was worth the wait and we are willing to give it another try. Friends of ours saythey don't usually wait that long.
